FSM Missions

March 17, 2023 to March 25, 2023
Phoenix, AZ
Our team will partner with Fellowship Global workers as they serve and live amongst refugees in Phoenix. We will learn about God's heart for the nations, increase our understanding and ability to empathize of other's stories, and practically encourage and serve our global workers by supporting them in the tangible needs of their ministry.

Who are we partnering with? We will be partnering with a team of Fellowship Global Workers who are working with refugees in Phoenix. They run English classes and sewing classes, in which they serve and connect to the refugee community, and from there they go into homes to serve these Muslim/Buddhist peoples in any way they can while also giving them an opportunity to hear the good news of Christ, usually shared in story-form.

What will we be doing? We will be able to see first-hand how God has been deploying our local body throughout the nation and the world by spending time serving as volunteers in the morning and evening classes, as well as participating in multiple trainings that the Global team will be providing (Refugee 101, Unreached People Groups, Cultural Tips & Training, Storytelling Training). These classes will highlight God’s heart for the nations and how we can engage with other cultures and religions. We will also be serving in the English classes for that week and going along on some home visits with the team members.

Cost per person: $650
