Samaritan Community Center needs volunteers in the following areas:

Kitchen – Rogers SCC:

Mondays from 9am – 11am

Help us get the kitchen ready for serving lunch to people in need in the coming week.

Activities include food prep, sorting produce, cleaning dishes, other general kitchen help

Join us and enjoy being around food and socializing with fellow volunteers while serving.

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:45am – 12:45pm

Rogers Market / Pantry Bilingual (Spanish/English):

Wednesdays from 9:30am – 12:30pm

Provide groceries to people who struggle with food insecurity

Activities may include helping people shop in our pantry, restocking shelves, doing intake on visitors prior to shopping

Garden at Samaritan Center in Rogers:

Mondays and Fridays from 9am – 11am

We need some people on a regular basis on Mondays – just 2 hours per week

Activities may include, planting, harvesting, bed preparation, weeding

SnackPacks in Rogers:

Packing bags of food for Children who suffer from food insecurity on weekends

Flexible hours to volunteer Monday through Saturday between 10am – 6pm

Seasonal Christmas Shop in Rogers

Hanging/steaming clothing, staging furniture in both Rogers and Springdale

IT / Computers & Network Systems:
