Job Opportunities

Web/App Developer

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: Enhance the development of web/app platforms to maximize user engagement in alignment with Fellowship’s digital communication strategy.

Hours: Full-time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Start date - September 2021

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic web & app projects to improve user engagement, and participate on the Relational Management Team (RMT) as an advocate for web/app development needs.
  • Partner with congregational communication coordinators in the integration of digital strategy on all web/app platforms.
  • Oversee Fellowship and congregational branding on web & app platforms.
  • Lead RMT team in using “value-driven analytics” (Siteimprove) to improve user engagement & experience on our digital platforms.
  • Pursue and manage relationships with “best-in-class” networking partners for the continual improvement and impact of our digital platforms.
  • Work with RMT team leader to prioritize and strategize key CMS (Rock RMS) projects.

Staff Accountant

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To support the finance function of Fellowship Bible Church of NWA in being an uninhibiting conduit for ministry to happen through financial analytics, reporting, & systems development, and general ledger maintenance.

Hours: Full-time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Start date - to be determined

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Assist CFO in development and implementation of financial and administrative systems.
  • Develop and publish financial data analytics dashboards and reports.
  • Manage, develop, and distribute weekly and ad-hoc financial reports to staff.
  • Create and distribute weekly giving reports.
  • Assist Senior Accountant in preparation and completion of annual financial statement audit.
  • Assist Senior Accountant in maintaining general ledger and fixed assets subledger.
  • Review reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts assigned to Senior Accountant.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and reviews of balance sheet and income statement accounts related to restricted/designated funds, other assets/liabilities, and other account assignments when necessary.
  • Work with Buildings and Grounds team in completion of annual county property tax assessments and exemption applications.
  • Process annual ECFA recertification and franchise tax report.
  • Provide backup support for Payroll and AP Coordinator functions.

Kids TIME Director

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To lead teachers/staff of Infant – homeschool age children during morning women’s studies and Staff Kid’s TIME.

Hours: Part-time, salaried, 25 hours/week

Start date: immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leadership of Rogers Kid’s TIME Ministry including casting vision, team leadership, scheduling, facility management, etc.
  • Responsible for training of classroom leaders and staff of KidsTime Ministries on matters of compliance, topics of the classroom and spiritual health.
  • To organize learning (going deeper) opportunities such as Bible Study for classroom leaders of Kid’s TIME. Overseeing a time of prayer, devotion and sharing their story opportunities for classroom leaders of Kid’s TIME.
  • To provide care opportunities, such as benevolent giving among classroom leaders who encounter unexpected needs.
  • Support Women’s Ministry with excellent care and training for children of Kid’s TIME.

Building Maintenance Specialist

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: Perform maintenance tasks as required by work orders or assigned. To assist where needed with other projects, construction remodels and/or repairs.

Hours: Full-time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Start date: immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Candidates shall have 3-5 years experience and possess a fundamental knowledge in the basic trades for remodeling, building construction, repairs and/or maintenance fields. These include the following types of skill sets:
    • rough and finish carpentry,
    • drywall,
    • flooring and
    • other basic handyman-type skills.
  • Support the Mission and Vision of Fellowship and that of Buildings & Grounds team
  • Make sure that the campuses have the Fellowship “Look, Smell & Feel”
  • Maintain Campuses as work order(s) prescribe
  • Act as the point of contact for staff at all campuses for a multiplicity of tasks
  • Give attention to a wide range of Maintenance-oriented activities as described by; but not limited to B&G work order system

Grounds Maintenance Specialist

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: Responsible for planning, planting and care of all woody and herbaceous plants on all three Fellowship campuses.

Hours: Full time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Start date: immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Support the Mission and Vision of Fellowship and that of the Buildings & Grounds team
  • Ensure the campuses maintain the Fellowship “Look, Smell & Feel”
  • Preserve the beauty and safety of all three campuses
  • Manage all aspects of installation and maintenance for all woody and herbaceous plants.
  • Manage seasonal crew(s) for all plant care
  • Advise and assist ground team leads for plant maintenance and care at the Fayetteville and Bentonville campuses

Primary Strengths Required

  • Ability to work with and relate to others of varied backgrounds
  • Self-starter, responsive, flexible and manage time well
  • Ability to problem solve and to learn new things
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in plant maintenance or equivalent experience/training/education

Rogers Kids Day Out Classroom Leader

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To lead and oversee children in a classroom setting. Infant thru Pre-K.

Hours: part-time, hourly

Weekly Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8:45-2:15

Start date: August 30, 2021

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ which is modeled for children.
  • Share the love, joy, and hope of Christ with children and parents and staff.
  • Support the core beliefs and leadership of Fellowship Bible Church.
  • Exemplify Godly character and embody Fellowships Mission, Vision, Statement of Faith and Leadership Covenant.
  • Demonstrate a passion for children and a desire for them to know about God.
  • Attend prayer time as scheduled per ministry day.
  • Take time to review class lesson during the week, incorporating God-given gifts into each lesson.
  • Care for the children the classroom through prayer and discipleship. Send “prayer/missed you” cards, etc. (provided).
  • Be faithful in attendance (Attendance agreement form).
  • Attend training sessions as provided monthly and yearly.
  • Communicate, engage and support co-leader/staff in ministry and classroom duties.
  • Participate and support the overall ministry in servant leadership as Jesus demonstrated.
  • Follow safety and classroom guidelines as stated in Leader handbook, STOP Manual, Security Manual, and staff trainings.

Campus: Fayetteville
