The Training Center is the tangible expression of one of the three guiding metaphors that best describes the vision and mission of Fellowship; namely, that Fellowship is a “greenhouse,” a “training center,” and a “launching pad.” The necessary link between the greenhouse and launching pad is The Training Center where people are prepared and equipped for leadership in life and ministry.

Can I access class curriculum online? I'd love to lead my small group through the class.
Yes! If you've missed a class or just want to lead your own small group through the material, you can find it on the Class & Ministry Resources webpage.
Do I need to take Personal Bible Study I before taking Personal Bible Study II (what’s the difference between the two)?
Personal Bible Study I teaches the fundamental skills of personal Bible study. Personal Bible Study II builds on those skills and applies them to a particular book of the Bible. While it is not required, we strongly recommend taking PBS I before a PBS II study.
What’s the difference between Panorama of the Bible and the Panorama Plus series?
Panorama of the Bible is a survey of the entire Bible in 12 movements. We work through Genesis-Revelation and show the story of Scripture. The Panorama Plus classes focus on one movement of the Panorama time-line and explores it in more depth. For example, movement 10 of Panorama of the Bible is The Life of Christ. Panorama Plus 10: Life of Chirst is a six-session study that further explores the Life of Christ.
Is Evangelism and Discipleship one or two classes?
Evangelism and Discipleship is a training in two parts, teaching you how to tell others about Jesus and help them to become followers of Him. The first part of this training is a four-session workbook called Evangelism: How to Tell your Story and Share your Faith. The second part is a study of Robert Coleman’s classic, The Master Plan of Evangelism. The entire study has 12 sessions.
What is the difference between Our Faith and We Believe?
We have two trainings that focus on doctrine, or summarizing the central beliefs of Christianity. Our Faith is a nine-session training that is meant to serve as a first experience of studying theology. It tackles eight big questions, surveying what the Bible has to say about each. We Believe is more a compressive class that covers the 10 major doctrines of theology in 12 sessions. We recommend starting with Our Faith and progressing to We Believe.
Through the Training Center, Fellowship partners with church, non-profit and marketplace leaders to focus on health that fuels growth. We help leaders foster health and trust through a team-based approach to development and improvement. We help leaders maintain clarity as to organizational mission, core values and alignment. We help leaders develop a strategic planning process based on a 5 year dream, 2 years of solid thought leadership, and a concise 1 year plan. We help leaders target 4 key areas of focus that promote health and multiplication. We do all this in four distinct contexts: Consulting: We connect leaders for the purpose of sharing advice, insight and best practices. Coaching: We team up with leaders for the purpose of focused coaching and mentoring in acquiring knowledge and skill in leadership health and multiplication, character development and greater passion for God. Foxholes: We gather leaders in cohorts, in exceptional settings to experience the empowering presence of Christ together. Leadership Foxholes provide leaders the chance to get out of the line of fire with a few trusted allies for soul care, clarity, and direction. Strategic Partnerships: We partner with organizations to advance a shared mission for the glory of God and the good of others. For more information on partnerships, contact Chip Jackson.
